The Elephant Man

The Elephant Man was a final year piece of work I was drafted onto during the tech week of its production. Its previous lighting technician had quit the week beforehand so the directors had to rush in someone who could get the job done quickly. Due to my experience with On Holiday in Heaven they asked me to come in and program the lights for them. The experience was totally rushed without time to slow down and think but, because of the limited time, I managed to be far more efficient with the programming of the board (A jands vista on Vista v2). The rushed time forced me to make quick, effective decisions and made the experience a stellar learning opportunity for me.
